Start with the requirements for your product, country and fulfilment method. Open a guide below before entering your details. Guidance reviewed November 6, 2026; the official rules and your seller account take precedence.
Amazon FBA product labels
For an FBA unit label, first check Seller Central for the barcode required for that exact product, variant and condition. When an Amazon barcode is required, get the FNSKU and reference label there. A retail UPC, ASIN, seller SKU and FNSKU are not interchangeable.
Open Amazon's barcode printing requirements and your Seller Central label for the item. Check its required size, format and white space before choosing stock here.
For a supported CODE128 FNSKU layout, choose “Product, barcode and condition (2.25 × 1.25 inches)”. This starter replaces the current design and selects that stock size; use it only if that size suits your reference. Select the barcode element and replace the example with your actual FNSKU. Select the text element and enter the product title. Select the condition text element and replace “ENTER CONDITION” with the actual item condition, then adjust placement to match the reference. Do not leave sample information.
Compare the entire label with Seller Central, including readable identifier, title, condition, clear margins and placement. If the required format or layout cannot be reproduced, use the Seller Central-generated artwork instead of ordering this design.
These are individual product labels. Box IDs and carrier/postage labels come from their respective shipment workflows; choosing 4 × 6 stock does not create them. Read Amazon's FBA preparation and labelling guide for the full process.
eBay product identifiers
Find the identifier on the manufacturer's product or packaging, then check the exact item and variation against your listing category. Copy the matching identifier; do not use an unrelated product's code. eBay's listing fields and a physical label are separate requirements.
Read eBay's product identifier guidance . For a UPC label, enter your existing 12-digit UPC as the barcode value. For an internal stock label, enter your own SKU using supported CODE128 characters, clearly treating it as a stock code rather than a retail identifier. Check the format limits below before ordering.
Walmart product identifiers
Use the product ID assigned to the exact brand, product and variation. Walmart checks identifiers against GS1 records; a seller SKU or model number does not replace a product ID. Confirm the identifier and any applicable exemption in Seller Center before designing.
Read Walmart's product identifier policy . If your required label uses UPC-A, enter the existing 12-digit UPC and matching product text here. Other accepted listing ID types do not mean this editor can print their required barcode formats.
Barcode formats and checks before ordering
This editor supports UPC-A from a valid 12-digit UPC, and CODE128 using 1–40 capital letters or digits. A UPC check digit checks the number's structure, not its ownership or product match. Get legitimate identifiers from the brand owner or GS1's product identifier guidance ; drawing a barcode does not issue or license one.
EAN, ISBN and GTIN-14 barcode formats are not supported. Entering their digits as CODE128 does not produce the required symbol. Use the marketplace-generated label or another suitable workflow when a required format is unsupported. This designer does not sell postage.
Before ordering, check the real identifier, product title, variant, condition where required, stock size, margins and final artwork against the official reference. A successful scan here checks the encoded value only. Templates and checks do not certify marketplace acceptance or replace a physical print/scan test.
